The door is always locked during office hours doesn’t matter if you email call or visit in person. No one is never available. I have inquired multiple times throughout the year on few mobile homes. Their excuse is it’s under contract. This has been for a year already new mobile homes go on the websites that are available. The few times you get to speak with somebody it’s been months and the same mobile homes are empty. I have drove in by the community and they’re still empty, but their excuse is under contract. This is the worst sales office I have ever seen. The manager is no help whatsoever. Does not return phone calls emails The other lady that is in the office does not know anything you ask her question she says she doesn’t know she offered a home that is the only available for sale said the price was 155,000 I asked her for the address and she said she did not know which one.
