The apartment is beautiful with amazing features. The amenities look beautiful. Overall, my expectations have been exceeded. The leasing office is super helpful and professional.

From the very beginning of my lease, Nersida has been extremely helpful, always approachable, kind, and quick to assist with any questions or concerns I’ve had. She truly goes above and beyond to make the process smooth. The maintenance staff is equally impressive. They are friendly, professional, and always respond quickly to requests, making sure things are fixed right away. Overall, I’ve had a great experience living here. My kids love the community, and we’ve all felt very welcomed and comfortable.

Maintenance is always on top of things when you reach out and we often have little community events for Concorde residents which is really nice. The office staff Nersida and Lisette are amazing and very friendly. Definitely recommend this community to everyone looking!
