We made reservations for our 36 foot diesel pusher. Upon arrival the woman in the office didn't think we would fit! The site was terrible. Tree branches lower than the bottom of our windshield. We asked a maintenance man if they could be trimmed. Sure,he said. Wednesday we called office and there are no maintenance on Wednesday. So to get out we will damage Coach. When asked if they are responsible, she smartly said No and have a nice day. We will never be back and travel the country. Everyone will be told this story. Then, make their own decisions. Extremely low water pressure,no breaker in power box. Site are so close and roads that look like paths...

Went there today to tour the campground for a seasonal spot next season, and was very upset to find such a significant difference from the wonderful photos of the campground on their website vs reality when we arrived. I now notice that the photos on their website are the exact photos posted by the campground online 9+ years ago according to the dates on them when originally posted...
--------
THE NEGATIVES:
**To start, the pool area does not look like photos on their website. No kids slide, no waterfall, did not see a diving board but could have overlooked that, dirty walk-in areas, rusted fences (pool water appeared clean, though).
**Sadly, the putt-putt / mini golf course looked very neglected and not in the condition/appearance as the outdated photo on the website.
**A basketball goal beside the play area was a crooked rim without a net that was screwed onto a painted wooden board; I was quite confused when I saw it.
**Some of the available seasonal sites looked nice, about 40% of all the ones we looked at, but what didn't look nice was a lot of the surrounding sites people appear to have long term spots at. Many campers were seen in need of serious repair & cleaning, cluttered sites with junk/trash, roads and grounds not well maintained.
------
THE POSITIVES:
**The lady at the front office was extremely nice and answered all our questions prior to going out and exploring the campground. Was very appreciative of that.
**Seems like they have a lot of activities for kids/family according to their events calendar posted near the pool area.
-------
**Based off the old photos on their website that are 9+ years old, the campground looks like at one point in the past it was a very nice place one would not want to pass up. I feel like it still has a lot of potential and can probably get back to being that type of campground the old photos on the website show, as I don't think it is past the point of no return, but it definitely needs serious maintenance/upkeep throughout and more strict rules/enforcement with how guests maintain their sites & campers in order to get back to that campground it seemed it use to be.

The campground is very neglected - but the residents are very nice. Extremely narrow roads from the moment you pull in. They had me in the E section but the site they wanted me to get into was surrounded by huge trucks in addition to being such a narrow road - nowhere near enough room to back into the site. The office staff was friendly when I called to let them know and moved me to a different site where a wonderful neighbor helped guide me in. It seems most people are full time - some have nice spaces, some have beer bottles and dog poop bags that look to be years old lining their front lawn. My campsite had a bag of trash in the fire pit and trash on the ground outside my bedroom window along with random metal pipes just laying on the ground and lots of other debris. I was so glad I only booked this for one night while traveling - the smell coming from a camper near me was extremely unpleasant. It seems like this place has a lot of potential but the lack of care & maintenance cannot be overlooked.
