  The parking situation has gotten out of control. An email was sent stating that parking rules were going to be strictly enforced, however people are still parking in unauthorized places with no consequences and it is annoying!

  Old, Dirty, stinky hallway carpets with mildew that are never steam cleaned and dirty baseboards with gray mildew growing on them. It’s unacceptable. Need a cleaning team to tackle the level of cleaning needed here. Not just one elderly person.

  Very happy with my apartment. It's a very quiet community. Very good service from both the office and the maintenance team, who quickly resolve any issues on the property. Thank you very much for your excellent service

  My family and I have lived in Laguna Pointe for over 10 years. Unfortunately, what was once a well-maintained and responsive community has drastically declined. A few years ago, I left a negative review, and instead of addressing the concerns, I received a letter at my unit pressuring me to remove it — a deeply unprofessional response to honest feedback. In the past, the property was clean, the buildings were freshly painted, landscaping was cared for, windows were washed, and tenants received real support. That level of care no longer exists. Today, it feels like management changes every few months, and each transition brings more inconsistency. Maintenance requests are painfully slow — expect to wait up to six months or more for basic repairs. Common areas, especially the first-floor walkways and garbage rooms, are dirty and neglected. Roaches are a common issue. Despite new developments being built right across the street, the condition of Laguna Pointe continues to decline. The outdated appliances and broken elevators remain untouched. Interior options are also disappointing — only carpet is allowed in the bedrooms, even though wood flooring would significantly improve the look and feel of the units. Rent prices are high for the level of service and quality you get here. Given all these issues, I wouldn’t recommend Laguna Pointe to anyone. There are much better-maintained and more professionally managed options in the area. Edit: Apparently, there is only one trained person on the maintenance team, along with someone currently being trained. 2 two people to manage and maintain 180+ units are we being serious...?
