- BDBeth D6 days ago3.0It's such a shame this beautiful historic landmark has not been maintained! It needs a serious update. It does not honor it's reputation or beautiful downtown Marietta. There are not enough employees in the restaurants, so service is very slow. The rooms are quaint, but unkempt. The rooftop gives a lovely view of the river, but is hard to get to! Maintenance, safety, & accessibility are obviously not a priority. It makes me sad to see it in such condition.

- TTTimSep 19, 20255.0This boutique Hotel has a great location, a great bar and restaurant, and their service is great. I spent some time working on one of the tables in there well appointed, old-fashioned hotel lobby, but I mistakenly left my computer power supply behind when I left. The hotel staff was gracious enough to find the equipment and hold onto it for me. When I drove an hour and a half to come back to retrieve it, the staff were kind enough to make me a cup of coffee help me on my return journey. Thank you so much!
- SSsusan schullerSep 19, 20251.0wallpaper peeling musty moldy small loud dirty uneven walls and floors mattress from 1800s felt like I was going to slide out of head of bed. peeling paint everywhere cracks chipped paint splintered wood broken ac run down unkempt. tried to paint bathtub peeling paint. please don't waste your money staying here unless you want to feel like you are in a dilapidated fun house with every uneven surface that you try to stumble. through. broken elevator no outlets that are surge protected leaky faucets. noisy. you will not be able to rest sleep. no service. please spend your money to stay somewhere nice. rusty bathroom too small and no room for a toothbrush. the ceiling fan was last dusted in the 1900s. afraid to turn on. horrendous. shameful.
