  It has been such an easy process from buying our golf cart, having it delivered, and even getting in touch with them when we needed service provided. I needed a part that went missing and within minutes of calling, Sarah texted me to confirm the part. It was ready to pick up that same day and was such a hassle free experience! I’m thankful we chose Lacy’s Golf carts!!!!

  I just had the BEST experience buying a golf cart at Lacey’s Golf Carts. I went to the Tomball location and was helped by Matt and Steven. They took my budget and needs into account and made a recommendation I am so excited to own! Lacey’s had better selection, lower prices, and MUCH better customer service than anywhere else I have been looking. Highly, highly recommend. Also, these guys were delightful to work with. They had me smiling and laughing. What an enjoyable and stress free experience!

  The team at Lacey’s Golf Cart - Tomball, is phenomenal to work with! I worked with Matt (make sure you ask for him). He not only explained all the features/functionality for my GC, but he also was able to explain all financial options available. They do sales incentives for Veterans!!! That’s what sold me. They care about their customers and it’s an authentic vibe when you work with them. When scheduling my GC delivery, they stayed well past closing hours to ensure my delivery was coordinated. To be clear, that is just how they roll for their customers. This team is five star, and the service from start to finish was white glove all the way. Go see Matt!!!

  I purchased a six-passenger golf cart via telephone (using their website) from my home in San Antonio for a family member in Conroe, TX. Lacey's had the best website of all that I checked, with high-resolution photographs and detailed features and benefits of their golf carts. I had a very narrow delivery window and Lacey's great customer service accommodated that. The golf cart was exceptional in every way. I made a mistake when I took off the cap to the brake reservoir. I dropped the cap into an inaccessible area. Lacey's was able to provide me with a replacement at no charge. I have to say their customer service was exceptional both before and after the sale. They have a great product and they were able to accommodate me in every way. I have no choice but to give them a high recommendation. If you're looking for a golf cart your search should start here.
