    We have had a terrible experience with the Woodbury store. We are looking to furnish our downstairs and were trying to decide between a sectional or two couches along with a chair and an ottoman. We confirmed which selection we were moving forward with at the end of August. When we went in store near the beginning of October to confirm the chair and ottoman we were told that the couches were ready to be delivered. The person with whom we were working calculated the remaining balance needed in order to schedule delivery and we paid it while we were in the store. Come the day of delivery - no one showed up. I reached out to the store twice. Once the day before delivery to let them know we hadn't been notified of a delivery window and once the day of delivery to let them know no one showed up. A few days later we received a response that the delivery was unscheduled because we didn't put down enough of a deposit - the deposit which the people at the store calculated and we paid in full. We then looked back at the receipt we had been sent and, to our shock, noticed that they had placed the wrong order. It's not been several week and they've sent an additional 4 quotes. Why 4? Because there hasn't been any attention to detail and every single one of those quotes was incorrect. We finally arrived at a correct quote and we've asked for an updated delivery estimate along with a refund of the deposit that we gave several weeks ago. We've heard absolutely nothing from the store for several days.

    Store staff was very patient and helpful with us over several trips before finalizing our selection. The chair is comfortable when reclined. But for our preference, it sits too upright or slightly forward before reclining.

    Maggie took time to show us many options in recliners, then fabrics. Lots of patience! Felt great about the process and she helped us get a great price!. We even found end tables along the way!

    My only criticism so far is that the tracking alert system that was touted either doesn't work or noone is working on my furniture piece. Also, I'm not entirely sure we got the lowest possible price but it would take more time to research without any assurance of benefit, so I am leaving it alone. We were allowed to "reselect" after a poor fabric color choice. Awaiting replacement piece.

    The sales staff was friendly and helpful, taking their time to help me find the right recliner for me and then ordering it. I had to reschedule the delivery and they made it quick and easy for me. The delivery was quick as well, maybe 10 minutes to take to my apartment, assemble, and make sure everything works. If I ever need another recliner, I will go to La-Z-Boy first!
