  My wife and I decided that we needed a major upgrade of furniture for our main living space. We decided that we wanted seatings that had lumbar, headrests, and power reclining. It has been many years with our current chairs and couch, and we were not familiar with newer, more comfortable and convenient options, nor were we knowledgeable of associated costs. We decided to visit La-Z-Boy furniture in Woodbridge, Virginia and were greeted by a very competent and helpful lady, Carley Tartt. Carley realized that we needed a significant amount of assistance and she began asking many questions, pointing out features, seating us in various options, and providing pros and cons to help us decide a plethora of items to consider. She is very knowledgeable of all products, various differences and associated costs. It took us three hours to make up our mind and settle on our new set. Carley was with us every step of the way and was just as worn out as we were. We are very happy with the decisions we made, as well the advice and support we received from Carley.

  The LazyBoy representative, Quinton Gaughan, was not only very professional but gave us accurate answers on each recliner we looked at. When we selected the recliner we wanted, he indicated there was one in stock, and a discount and free delivery were available. His knowledge of the LazyBoy recliners and positive answers to our questions mark him as an excellent representative of LazyBoy.
