  My family and I have been loyal customers of Lay-Z-Boy for over thirty years. We presently have over six pieces of furniture we purchased from Lay-Z-Boy which, despite over thirty years of use, look and feel like brand new. We recently needed to purchase a loveseat for our family room. With the help of our sales representative, we quickly found the perfect piece. The curtesy, patience, and professionalism of our sales representative was exemplary. The quality and beauty of the loveseat was exactly what we expected from such a top end company as Lay-Z-Boy. We are grateful for their terrific service and fine products.

  Excellent service. Salesperson was very helpful and patient. Went out of her way to find a recliner which matched my desires. It arrived in schedule and delivery personnel were skilled as well as helpful. Couldn’t have gone better. Live my chair.

  Our experience at La-Z-Boy Wichita was an exceptionally great one. The young man who helped us guided us to where we needed to browse for what we were looking for and let us browse at our leisure. He checked in with us frequently and when we were ready to purchase, he made very helpful suggestions. It was a very nice shopping experience and we will go back if a need arises in the future.
