  Easy in - easy out. I looked online for the items I was interested in, identifying piece and color. Stopped in at store, confirmed item could be purchased as I imagined, placed and paid for order. Lead time is a bit longer than I hoped, but I’ve learned the wait is worth it. Quality merchandise.

  Associate Chris L. was excellent. He approached me only minutes after I arrived and began to browse. I had fairly specific needs as to what I wanted to purchase because I had purchased a La-Z-Boy recliner in the past which lasted almost 15 years! Chris immediately led with the best which showed me he has sound selling skills. He listened carefully to what I had in mind and showed me possible variations. He also shared a little of his own thoughts on what he liked about his chair which did get me thinking. Ultimately he set me up with exactly what I wanted at a good price. Great associate and is an asset to the company. Thanks Chris!

  It was really easy to select furniture through the website. Delivery setup done via text. Even set up an exchange through the 800 number and Jamie was great.

  The salepeople at Lazyboy in Whitehall are just the best group of people. Thereis no pressure to buy anything. They work well with helping pick out the right materials and colors. I have purchased furniture last year and it was the most stress free experience. I just bought a recliner for my bedroom this week. I will definitely shop there for any furniture needs I may have in the future.

  We were ready to purchase a new recliner to replace our old La-Z-Boy that had served us well. Jonathan was absolutely wonderful—he quickly understood what we were looking for and showed us several great options that met all our needs. His knowledge and friendly approach made the whole experience easy and enjoyable!
