  Extremely disappointed! I have been a Lazyboy customer for 25 years. I recently purchased several pieces of furniture and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. We paid for the furniture last week and were told the designer would be there for the delivery. The furniture was delivered this morning and we were ghosted by the designer. I called the store and she told me she forgot all about it. The staff was extremely courteous until I paid for the furniture and then they could care less and failed to fulfill their commitment. We were left to figure out the furniture design on our own because the printouts with the design didn’t match the size of the room. Extremely disappointing!! Buyer beware!!!

  The salesperson was patient and answered all my question. There was no pressure sales tactics involved. Delivery was quick and the delivery team were extremely courteous and had my chair set up in no time making sure everything worked.

  Working with AnnMarie and also Kelly was a pleasant experience. can’t wait till I get my order and review again. I do wish you offer a service of taking existing furniture, for a fee of course!
