- RJroger jones6 days ago5.0The service was great. Our sales agent in the store saved us money. The chair was delivered on time and in perfect condition. My wife loves her swivel rocker recliner in leather. I mean she sleeps in it. Lazy boy gets an A plus for comfort.
- KDKimberly DenbyOct 22, 20251.0Lazy Boy does not back their products. We have been using our “leather” couch for 15 months and it has spots that are turned and peeling. Also one of the locks in the back doesn’t secure. We bought an extended warranty and was told it would cover everything from tears to discoloration. Of course when we made a claim it was denied. They don’t use full leather. They use a bonded leather which we discovered after further discussion! They are over priced and low quality. We have 2 adults that use our couch and it should NOT already be having issues. I am disgusted and disappointed and WILL NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND LAZY BOY to anyone!

I came in just to look around on the first day, to make sure they had what I needed and wanted. Her bright and joyful personality was what made me choose to come back to La-Z-Boy, despite other places also having some things I wanted and needed. I hope Sandra can and will be recognized for her profoundly extensive knowledge of the inventory, the types of furniture I wanted and needed, even down to the fabrics and colors. Thank you, Sandra!
