My Mother purchased an expensive recliner. It is too large and does not fit in her condo. She has talked with several salesman that have told her that it is past the 3 day exchange policy. It was on a weekend and she was not aware that Sunday counted as a business day. After reading the reviews it is extremely clear that this business should be shut down and the management should be let go. You should be ashamed of yourself. I intend to contact the Better Business Bureau. Someone needs to do a review on your business. I cannot believe how you treat customers.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT buy the extended warranty from this store - you will be hustled. I just got a lecture on how it is probably my fault on the damage and they will charge me $175 to fix if the determine it not to be my fault - however if I have lifted myself off the chair I will be at fault and they determine that. I will need to pay $200 if they pick it up + $175.
When I bought this chair the sales lady kept telling us why the extended warranty was so important - the extended warranty doesn't even cover the separation the chair has.
Their customer service also needs an attitude adjustment!
My recommendation - next!

The store manager Clayton was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions!: Clayton was very patient while I tried most every power recliner in the store! He was able to lead me to the perfect recliner.I will go back to Clayton when I am ready for more furniture. I have been in customer service positions most of my working life, so I know good service! The only down side is the color leather I wanted for my recliner was not in stock and I had to order it. But I can't wait for it to be delivered!

We ordered two chairs...my husband's does not fit him at all and in the store it did...no help...my chair needed more stuffing in the back...told to call Dallas...of course...no help...we will never buy from them again...you need to help people who have ordered from you...we would have bought more things from you if you had...so sad...do not buy from this store...they have terrible customer service

Dana was extremely helpful!
However, I have to edit my review. This store and specifically the manager are absolutely awful. I received my $1500 chair with a stain on it. I immediately called, explained my problem to the woman who answered the phone, and asked for Dana, my salesman. Instead I got a man who was very aggressive and rude to me. He began yelling at me before I even finished explaining my problem. He told me that the stain on my chair was my problem not his and then he threatened to hang up on me while I was asking for the phone number to file a claim on the fabric protection that I purchased. These people are just terrible and I will never purchase another piece of La-Z-Boy furniture again.
I purchased a chair from Haverty’s at the same time and the process was much easier and the customer service was far and above that of La-Z-Boy. I wish I had kept all of my business there and you should, too.
