It was ordered but when it was delivered it wasn’t what I thought I was getting. There was a console component missing - a mix-up of abbreviations. The salesperson and store manager were kind, apologetic, and responsive. The item has been reordered with no additional charge.

Both workers were very friendly and would have enjoyed talking to them much longer. They were very careful as they carried my chair in and avoided bumping into anything. The chair's operating was explained to me again and mentioned new details I did not know about. My new chair was position exactly where it needed to be for maximum tilting back and not hitting the wall. Thank You La-Z-Boy Team!

Herb helped us find just the right pieces of furniture and even guided us through fabric options that looked great while lowering the overall cost. He also went above and beyond by saving a sale price for us so we could take time to compare with another store before deciding. We really appreciated his professionalism and customer-first approach. He brought a new control bc I thought that might be the issue. It didn't work, darn. What a great guy Scott is. He has helped me with several pieces. Very kind.
