Happy with my purchase happy with the service I was given in store and the delivery. I’m awaiting a slight glitch to be repaired in the up-and-down movement, but I trust that it’ll be taken care of in no time. Thank you so much.

Great place to shop for a recliner. We have made numerous purchases from LA - Z - BOY in Torrance and appreciate their reliability. If you’re in need of a recliner, contact Veza Joseph, the store manager. She is quite helpful, aims to please and make sure the customer is satisfied.

Recently purchased a new powered recliner from here and had a great experience. Cass was the store associate, and she was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable about each type of chair, the options available, the fabrics, etc. Upon purchase, we received a nice gift from Lazyboy. Delivery was free, I could pick the date, and the delivery team was efficient and set everything up for me. Overall, a really fantastic experience. We had shopped 4 other local furniture stores earlier that day - but the experience here was top-notch. Highly recommend.

Don't shop here if you care about your health. I was deeply upset by my visit to this store last week. I hope management reads this to learn why. Moments after walking in, my family and I were greeted by a sales associate (a thicker-set brunette woman). She didn't look well---glassy eyes, sniffling, sort of out of it. We asked the standard, "Hi, how are you?" and she responded "Honestly, really not good. I have an ear infection." I was shocked and offended by this answer. As someone who has suffered from ear infections in the past, I know just how devastating they can be. And just because you don't have a fever or cold to go along with them doesn't mean they aren't contagious. Infections are bacterial or viral, and they can spread. So the fact that this horribly inconsiderate woman came to work and was interacting with who-nows-how-many innocent people during her work day is ghastly. And whatever supervisor was on duty who let this happen---shame on them. The sales associate I'm speaking of wasn't wearing a mask, and got really close to us---approaching us like a walking germ. People like this, who only think of themselves and not what they could be doing to others sicken me figuratively. Just take a few days off work. Yes, we all need a paycheck. But we shouldn't risk spreading really bad illnesses to other people. AT THE VERY LEAST wear a mask and don't get so darn close to people. That aside, managers on duty should send sick employees home when they try to work. Don't you care about your customers and the good of your staff as a whole? That girl walking around risking spreading her infection to her coworkers and any shoppers she approached illustrates one thing: she and the manager on duty care more about making a sale than the well-being of innocent people.
