- JAJoseph Allen2 days ago5.0After several unsuccessful shopping visits to a number of local furniture stores, I was unable to find a new big and tall recliner chair that met all of my specific criteria.On the advice of a friend I traveled to the La-z-Boy showroom and store in Toledo, Ohio. After sharing my criteria with a friendly salesperson, within minutes I was directed to a La- Z-Boy recliner that not only met, but exceeded my expectations and functions for a new recliner. After consummating the transaction, the friendly salesperson shared all the information about the recliner and set a delivery date within a few days. i would highly recommend the Toledo La-Z-Boy store with their huge inventory and showroom. The store personnel are very friendly and knowledgeable which made shopping there a pleasure.

They have a clearance room, but even the items in there are very expensive. There was a side table in there that was scratched up, they still wanted over $200 for it.

I couldn't thank them more. I purchased a item 3 wks ago and came back again to buy more. Go see Christy and Ron, they were both great and very knowledgeable. Delivery was great , delivery staff were awesome too. Thanks again
