    Bought the Maverick recliner, very disappointed, makes a really loud ratchet noise when reclining, and a very loud popping noise when releasing to go down. Floor model didn't do that, when I asked after I bought it I was told it was normal. I will not be back and I will not buy another La-Z-Boy piece of furniture.... Disappointed..
