  My wife and I went to La-Z-Boy in Tacoma with a specific kind of chair in mind. The associate was great and showed us several styles of the type of chair we wanted. They not only listened to what we wanted, they did not try and up sell us on a style we didn't want. They were attentive and made sure we were happy with chair we finally decided on. The chair was delivered in a timely manner, and the delivery team did a great job in setting it up. All-in-all, we had a great experience dealing with La-Z-Boy in Tacoma.

  Jeannie was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about my recliner purchase. She made the experience very pleasant and easy. She’s quite a good addition to your sales force! I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

  I was in the market for a new couch and loveseat and LazyBoy has the best quality and reputation for furniture. Jessica, the sales person and Candy, the designer both helped me find the perfect couch and the fabric for my small living room. It's going to be delivered at the end of the month. I'm so excited to start my life in my sanctuary!

  I haven't bought a new chair in probably twenty to thirty years! Was looking for something that would be ideal for my latter years in life.And found exactly what I wanted in exactly the right color. The service is exemplary and I felt very pampered while I was viewing all my choices. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
