  Purchased a sectional from lazy boy because of the previous living room couch and love seat lasting a long time and still looking really good. Unfortunately the current sectional is sub par with only being purchased 7 months ago looks worse than the 11 year old couches . Minimal usage its cushions are caving in and stretched out with wrinkles. We were told those are comfort wrinkle. Haha ok. Buyer beware

  We had a great, no pressure experience at the Strongsville, OH location. We worked with Jen and she is amazing. She checked in on us but never pressured. Once we got down to working on the prices, materials, features, etc, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Never once did we feel like she was pushing anything on us. Her explanations helped us choose the furniture we liked with the options we wanted. I found La-Z-Boy furniture at another store and she was able to price match and get us exactly the pieces we wanted for a great deal. If you want quality furniture and aren't sure what you want, stop by and ask for Jen. She will make the process painless and comforting while getting you the furniture you want. We felt like we worked with a friend, instead of a sales person.

  First time here and the entire sales experience was smooth and efficient. Sales Manager Jennifer Smith was very friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciate her positive attitude as well. Thank you!

  I researched lift recliners quite a bit before calling the store. A saleswoman named Carol answered the phone and was very kind and invited me into the store to look at what they had. I showed up later that day to speak with Carol. She was very knowledgable, courteous and professional. I told her I was thinking about another recliner from a different manufacturer and she didn't give me any pushback. I went to another store to look and ultimately called Carol back the same day and completed the sale over the phone. I will update this post when our recliner is delivered this Saturday. In the meantime, I highly recommend Carol as your salesperson.

  I was very happy with Lazy Boy Furniture store in Strongsville! this was my first time at Lazy Boy! I was greeted by a Lovely Lady named Lori! She was so helpful & So kind I was able to get exactly what I wanted with her help. Thank you, Lori You were wonderful. I I will be back if I ever need any more furniture
