  The ashes person did not mention the mandatory $99 deliver charge (which is very high for a simple chair) until the very last minute as we were placing the order. It should be brought up much earlier when discussing the products and options. Other than that, very good.

  I like the chair comfort I wish it was about 6 inches wider though and wider arms. I was disappointed with the arm covers mostly - I expected slip on ones so I probably won’t use them. I waited a long time to get them. Linda Numerick

  Absolutely love my new furniture from La-Z-Boy. The showroom was beautiful, and the team and designer Emily went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Everything looks even better in my home than I imagined. Highly recommend to anyone looking for stylish, high quality furniture and great service!

  Excellent service and the sales stag are very knowledgeable. They also have on site designers to assist you in setting up a room that will suit you. Also, LazyBoy is an American made product, so you can trust your money is staying mostly within our borders and the quality is high. (They do have to source leather and some textiles from outside the US, but the rest is all American made).

  Easy, friendly, no pressure service. What a pleasant experience this was. So easy, no fast talking sales pitch. Lindsey was very helpful and didn't hover over us as we shopped but was available when we had questions. Such a great and efficient sale without getting a fast talking sales pitch.
