I was driving past La-Z-Boy and figured there was no way I could afford a La-Z-Boy loveseat but saw the "up to 50% off" sign and thought what the heck. The salesman, Alejandro, greeted me with a big smile a I told him I knew I probably couldn't afford anything in the store but he said "not so fast" and asked what I was looking for. I told him and he showed me a clearance model that was perfect! I told him it was still a little much and he was able to come down a little so we made it work. I am so happy with my new loveseat and Alejandro was truly a pleasure to work with. AAA+++

As soon as we came in Dustin helped us find the couches we were looking for and explained the whole process and answered all our questions. They don't just have recliners (however we'll be going back to get recliners next time!). Sarah came to our house to do the design consult and when she showed what she put together it was fantastic. It was extremely helpful because I'm not very good at putting a room together. We got 2 couches, a rug, an ottoman, and know how to make them look amazing in our space. I can't recommend them any higher!
- NMNancy MartinOct 11, 20253.0The business is fine. The quality of product, however, isn't like it used to be. I bought a rocker recliner 2 1/2 months ago. It constantly creaks and makes noises. A spring has already broken in the back. These chairs used to last a long time. Now they break. There isn't a service department any longer so you pay too much for a "free" part. It's easier to attempt to fix it yourself.
