  Our sale associate could not be bothered to show us the pieces that were available in the fabric we selected. She told us that not all sofas could be custom ordered. If you are willing to blow off a custom living room suite of about $10,000 how well do you think she’s treating the clients who come in for a recliner? I won’t be back. Although a wonderful gentleman who was moving showroom pieces was very helpful. If he could have helped us with the things we were looking for I would have bought from him.

  Wife and I came in to look at sectionals, and even though we didn’t buy anything. We were treated very well and had all our questions answered.

  Don’t buy a “leather” lazyboy product. Our 2 recliners are falling apart at 2 1/2 years. Nothing lazy will do. I have already been declined help from Lazyboy. Case closed by them.

  To buy a quality piece of furniture is a big investment for me. I will admit I saw some negative reviews online but the positive reviews out weighed them significantly. So I took a chance. Start to finish my experience has been great. The sales associate that help me was very knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted and expected from the sofa and guided me in the right direction. She was not pushy or trying to up-sale me. It does take awhile for them to make and deliver the furniture but worth the wait. I will say my Sofa was not as expected but Lazy Boy agreed to replace it with minimal hassle. I will definitely continue to recommend Lazy Boy to anyone looking for quality furniture and a knowledgeable staff.
