  The sales person was very attentive and explained everything. we have always shopped at La-Z-Boy and will continue to because their product is always excellent. I was sad to see that the prices has gone up so much. It makes it difficult to buy your product. Thank you.

  Went for labor day sale, Free delivery .. good prices, ordered a loveseat and a lift chair for my sister. Sales person was great. I put a deposit down. Came back later to change warranty, it was kind of expensive and I paid balance off. I later looked at my receipt a couple of weeks later while scanning in monthly receipts. The check-out woman added a delivery charge of $99. I was not happy about it. Double check your receipt. The furniture is really nice though.

  I was promptly greeted by Mary Ann who was very pleasant. I told her which model recliner I was looking for and she took me over to see it where we talked about material and other options. She was quite knowledgeable about everything which made the process easy. We finalized the transaction which was also easy. The only negative thing was while we were walking over to finalize the purchase, another sales associate insisted she come over to him and interrupted us for a minute or two for something that appeared to be not urgent at all and unprofessional. When I got home I called the store with a question, Mary Ann answered the phone and answered my question easily. It is clear to me that Mary Ann is devoted to customer satisfaction and is a valuable employee. Great job!
