  Alex and Lori are wonderful to work with. They came out to our home and Lori did an amazing job with helping us pick out furniture and decor to fit our needs and price range. They are both professional and accommodating.

  We had the best experience buying our sleeper sofa from LazyBoy, Janice was very patient and helpful, she found exactly what we were looking for. They came to my house and measure and helped me to find a rug a pillows and we loved the end result!

  I was able to work with Jess at the Scottsdale store and could not have had a better experience! She was extremely knowledgeable, listen to my parameters of design and comfort I was looking for, and found the perfect couch and chairs. The choosing of fabrics and layout design was effortless with her guidance. After several weeks of looking, this was a welcomed experience!

  We purchased a townhouse and did not know where to start for furnishings. So, we shopped many stores, and found Laz-y Boy to be fantastic. From visiting the showroom and meeting with Alex, everything fell into place beautifully. The attention to detail, understanding our aesthetic and on-site visit to our home made all the difference in our confidence in purchasing dining room and living room furniture.   I set out one day to explore several home furnishing stores in search of a new living room arrangement for a rather small space! I was greeted by Alex who immediately began educating me about interior design & helped me “think outside my box”. She then introduced me to their designer (Jill) and we arranged a date for them to come to my home for a in-person appointment in my home! Equipped with an array of fabrics and the accuracy of their measurement tools - they departed “armed” with creative ideas that we three had narrowed in on. The following week I returned to the store to view their designs in 3-D on a big screen in full color. With only a few minor changes, we solidified an entire new look for my living room with all the elements I could have dream of! Needless to say, I didn’t have the need to visit any other store saving so much time & indecisive grief. Alex & Jill made my experience very special & painless. I’m currently working with them to design my master bedroom! Best of all, their furniture is Made in the USA👍🏻
