The recliner I purchased is excellent , great quality and easy to use. Service at the Schaumburg store is great. The sales lady was knowledgeable and pleasant, she showed me all the alternatives so that I could make an educated decision. Their delivery is timely and good. The Sales Manager Alex S. helped us, on our initial visit, find some good sofa models and explained ordering, options, and services that would be available. When we returned to order, a different Alex S. made ordering the furniture easy and clear to understand. Over night we made a decision to use a different fabric, and Alex happily made the change for us.

He asked a few questions initially and went back to his desk. I did ask him about sales and he obliged. Showed me some clearance items in the back and saw what I liked. Sold on sight. Delivery was right on time and the guys were great. Very friendly. Hats off to Lazy-Boy. Great job!
