We ordered 2 matching recliners for our home. We have had Lazy Boy recliners in the past and enjoy the quality and the lifetime warranty of their products.
The salesperson was very helpful when we had questions. We appreciated that they didn’t “hover” the entire time we were browsing.
Our biggest complaint and disappointment is that their chairs do not include headrest or arm covers. We had to pay $100 per chair for these. When we received them, they were just 3 square pieces of fabric. The arm rest covers aren’t even fitted, just a square piece of fabric. For $100 I would have expected more.

I recently had a terrific experience shopping at Lazy Boy for a new sofa and recliner for myself. The young fellow who assisted me was friendly, informed and kind…encouraged me to take my time and come get him with any questions. Wonderful purchase experience!

Quite pleased woth our experience woth the La-z-boy showroom and sales people there. Very knowledgeable about the products, answered all my questions and patiently waited for me to sit in every chair and my wife to look at every color fabric untill we configured what we hope to be the perfict sofa for us. No hesitation in recommending the store for anyone interested in these chairs and couches.

I made it very easy for the salesperson who assisted me. The first love seat with console and couch I tried, I purchased. The only frustration is the console only came with 1 table, which was never discussed. Upon discovering this after I got it home and unwrapped, I made a third trip back; ( 1st to purchase, 2nd to pick up,) to inquire. I was told they only come with one table. I had to order the second table at an additional 100$, and make a fourth trip back to pick it up. My suggestion would be, charge an extra 100 in sales price, include the second table. The price of the love seat was more than fair to begin with. If it was an up front cost, that I would have never know, it would have been a better experience . It’s not the100$, it’s the frustration of all the running around.

We bought 2 sofa pieces that we immediately returned primarily because of comfort. But we also had to remove and reseat 2 screws that were not flush and preventing assembly, which we had to do ourselves after we picked-up the peices which they wouldn't deliver for a $9000 order. La-Z-Boy charged us a 30% fee. I feel this customer service experience was not good. We weren't mistreated per the sales agreement, but I don't see myself returning there either. Overpriced, marginal quality, and NOT good customer service.
