  A few days ago my son and I went into the La-Z-boy Store on Marquis Drive to look for a rocker/recliner. I often find shopping for furniture to be quite overwhelming. However, I was VERY surprised and delighted. Our salesperson was Maria and she was very kind and caring, and helped us choose a Rowan Rocking Recliner that felt 'just right' for my son. I would definitely go back again and recommend this place to others. It couldn't have been a more positive experience!

  My husband and I purchased 2 couches from Lazy Boy at the beginning of March. The staff we dealt with were friendly, patient and helpful. One of our pieces was considered custom and we didn't receive it until mid-June due to tariff delays. The other piece arrived with damage to the leather, a damaged reclining piece and now the power continually loses connection so the reclining feature doesn't always work. I had to call and follow-up on the leather damage far too many times and it's supposed to be fixed in mid-August, but this new power issue remains. I'm completely disappointed in the purchase, poor quality product, lack of follow-up and time delays. I think these issues go beyond the store staff, but for the amount of money that Lazy Boy charges and time delays, combined with ME having to do the follow ups, I wouldn't recommend purchasing a Lazy Boy to anyone. It's been five months since my original purchase and I should have two perfect couches, and I don't.

  Terrible service. When I ordered my chair on March 20th, I also purchased an area rug. I was told at that time they had the rug in their warehouse and would deliver it at the same time as my chair. This was fine. My chair arrived May 23rd and I love my chair. Unfortunately no rug was delivered at the same time. I had to call to find out where it was and at that time I was informed it was coming from either India or Turkey. This totally surprised me as I had not received any communication advising me of this change. Finally on June 13th, I called back to Lazy Boy as I still did have my rug. There was no communication at all unless I called. I’ve now canceled the order. This was totally unacceptable. Do not use this company to purchase furniture or rugs. Other establishments in Saskatoon also sell Lazy Boy furniture. The service at this store is absolutely terrible.

  Maria and Jennifer are incredible! I was in the market for a recliner and searched at five different furniture stores. I found the right one with all the specs I wanted. They went above and beyond to assist me in getting the best price. They were not pushy like other salespeople I experienced. They were friendly, personable and knowledgeable about their products. No doubt I’d go to them again for any furniture needs.
