  Stop 🛑 before the same happens to you. We bought two leather sofas at Lazyboy and one was delivered with a big gash on the back. We immediately called the store and our sales person Neza informed us that it would be taken care. Three weeks later we inquired on the status and Neza suggested we reach out to the warehouse manager because it was their fault. I requested to speak with the manager and she said he was with a customer so I requested that he call me back and two days later we are still waiting on a call. This is not what we call good customer service like they lead you to believe right before making the purchase. Very disappointed that we are getting the run around at La-Z-Boy.

  I feel we made a good purchase of some items for the home. The real proof will be when the furniture is delivered. Overall, we had a positive experience with the store staff.

  Customer service is anlways exceptional if product and delivery are well executed then it would be perfect. I’ve always had great customer service during purchases. However product or DELIVERLY have not!!!! This time I had the pleasure of working with Ken the store manager. As before Knowledgeable and exceptional customer service. I had questions the following day after purchase. Ken address all of my concerns. I will follow up with product quality and delivery service. 🤞🏻 Ken thank you for your assistance.

  Great furniture-buying experience. James greeted us at the front door and guided us to the perfect, custom-fit Lazy Boy recliners. He expertly explained all the available features, and we sat in many models until we found the one that was perfect for us. The adjustable headrest and lumbar sealed the deal. We also like the 5-year extended service program. This transaction was fun and easy thanks to James Flores—a true professional. He is the very best.
