  Jeff Volling is very helpful. I visited the store multiple times to decide on just the right item and he remained patient and professional through my multiple changes of mind. I finally landed on just the right chair that was on the floor and on sale.

  From the moment I walked in I was in awe of the beautiful furniture. The designers had put pieces together that complimented each other. Mr. Arnold gave me a few minutes to look before he approached me. He was very polite and professional and made me feel at home. He answered all my questions and even introduced me to their designer. Between both of them, they gave me lots of help in choosing what was right for me. Great experience. I highly recommend coming to see what would be right for you. Thank you Mr. Arnold for all your help!

  I had gone to the showroom several days prior to purchasing a recliner. Javier Mendez, the sales advisor on the floor was very courteous and helpful in allowing me to carefully chose the right comfortable recliner for my needs. I retuned a few days later and Javier was gracious in welcoming back and ever professional. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. He told me to relax and enjoy the comfort of my new purchase as he wrote out the invoice.
