  When I called I talked with Mr Smith who was very helpful with info. I came in and talked with Jeff since Mr Smith was not there. He took all my Info and was very pleasant to work with. He set me up with the designer Huda who was easy to work with

  Wonderful experiences buying recliners at La-Z-Boy store in South St. Louis County location. Bought a recliner in 2005, then around 2017 bought two recliners and one wing back push back recliner. Wonderful in lasting comfort and condition. After searching various stores and online sites for a new swivel recliner for a short person (me) I finally found what I wanted on sale at this store, in stock, able to add the swivel mechanism and be delivered in a week! I’m very happy!

  Please be aware when you buy “leather” from Lazy Boy that only the seat (where you sit) and the back are “real leather”. The rest of the sofa is fake leather. I spent a lot of money on a sofa/love seat/chair years ago. After my 5 year protection plan was over, the items started peeling/flaking off the fake leather (it looks horrible). My salesperson lied to me and told me it was leather, and I was silly enough to believe it. I wish I could attach pictures because it is totally shameful they do this to people who work hard for their money. And no they will not help me.

  We needed a new couch for a new house. We visited every furniture store in STL and eventually landed on Lay-Z-Boy (after a purchase / return at a competitor). Sticker shock is a thing here… it’s expensive, but their stuff is truly the highest quality available in STL. They go out of their way to ensure it will fit, match, etc. It looks amazing, feels great, delivered on time… Spend the extra money and get something with no compromises. I couldn't be happier with our purchase.
