My address was verified yet they could not get this right. The delivery team ended up in Natomas CA for that reason. They rushed over once we spoke and you can tell they were all flustered because now their day was already behind schedule. They rushed to try and fit the couch through my front door. They damaged my brand new front door and they have done nothing to rectify it. A big thank you very little to Team La Z Boy. The manager Mike acts like he cares yet does nothing about it. Unbelievable.
