  From the moment we walked in to the store, we were greeted and made feel welcome. Nikki came out to our home for an in home design consultation. She was great and answered any questions we had. She was friendly and took her time to go over different options we had. When we came for our purchasing appointment, Nikki showed us the design she came up and the whole purchasing process went smooth with her. Overall, I’m very content with the whole experience.

  We had an excellent experience. The salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all our questions and helped us find the perfect recliner. The buying process was smooth and fast, and we’re excited for delivery!

  Our salesman, Marco was great. He wasn't pushy or overbearing. I hate when the furniture sales people attack you when you walk in the door. He gave us our space while we shopped and answered all our questions. Offered options, fabric colors and allowed plus to come to the best solution for our needs. It was a great - smooth and delightful experience. I would recommend. Our chair had to be special ordered, but we are excited in anticipating it's arrival.

  We visited the Rockville MD store and the store manager Waveland was excellent, he listened to us and provided excellent suggestions to meet out rushed timeline to get couches for our drawing room and living room. Ben helped us with billing and making appointment with Nicky who is the interior designer who visited our home to ensure that our selections would fit in our rooms. She made some very nice choices to match the rug and pillows for the couches. Overall, I am happy withy experience and now waiting anxiously to get the furniture in our house soon.

  I'm a really big guy. My wife purchased a lift chair online, but try as I might, I could not get comfortable in it. She called La-Z-Boy and arranged to exchange the chair. We came into the Rockville store to pick out a new chair. Peter Keenan met us as we came into the store. The manager had received an email from the online store, and was ready for us. Peter knew all of the chairs and features intimately, showing us how each worked and describing the various advantages of each style of chair for a big guy like me. Peter was patient and took his time with us. He helped us find just the right model. Afterward, he worked with the manager to arrange for our chair to be delivered to our house the same day our exchanged chair was picked up, saving us a delivery fee. They were so very knowledgeable, everything went like clockwork! When it comes time to hand out annual bonuses, I wholeheartedly recommend you give Peter a big bonus. We will come back for the kind of service you all provide! We couldn't be more delighted! Thank you!
