  Our sales associate was great. This is the 1st time we have been in a Lazboy store, but we left happy. We were in a bind as we have a special guest visiting us in the next couple of weeks, as we got rid our loveseat and needed a cushioned chair or a recliner that would fit our decor. We found one and brought it home, and it is a good match

  I bought two recliners that are also lift. My husband has recently had some really bad knee surgeries and a bad infection and he needs to keep his leg elevated all the time and he can't with these chairs because the foot part doesn't stick out long enough so it hits him about mid calf. I called 5 days after I bought them and told them that I wanted to return one of them only. And that I could use the other one. All she said was sorry you've only got three days to do a return. The second one was being built and wasn't going to be here for 6 weeks. I said can't you cancel the one that's being built she says oh no they've already started on it. Which I doubt! Because it's already been 8 weeks and we haven't received it yet. So I called customer service Lazy Boy and told them the situation and they said that they would relay the message to the store manager. That's been at least a couple weeks ago and I've never heard back from him. Instead last week I get a message from lazy boy saying they want to deliver the other one. So in other words the customer service is really horrible! I will never do business with them again. To top it off my niece just bought her mother a recliner from Lazy Boy in Vegas and her mother died a week later. And it had only been at their house 2 days and they still refused to return it. I think they should take certain circumstances into mind before they make decisions like that because again that is poor customer service!

  We bought 3 couches from Lazy Boy in Riverdale. They were expensive so we figured they would be made well but to be safe we purchased an extended warranty through Serve Co and were told by our sales rep. that the warranty company was easy to deal with and would cover most anything. First, the couches are comfortable but sadly not well made. We have had to repeatedly call because the recliners break. Second, the leather they use is comfortable but not high quality and the stitching was not done well. The stitching is coming out and the leather is heavily faded from basic use and the couches are damaged. We did not get our moneys worth nor was Serve Co willing to help repair any of the problems with the materials. Not even for money. They simply deny any claim we make and are very strict about the language of the warranty contrary to what our sales rep. claimed. If you are looking for a comfortable couch that will fall apart quickly this is your place.

He patiently guided me through different styles, measured the chair and desk heights, and even gave me a tape measure to take home so I could confirm my space. When I returned a few days later, he remembered me and helped me finalize my purchase. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out. The delivery experience was just as smooth. My chair was delivered exactly within the timeframe promised. The delivery associates were neatly presented, respectful, and efficient. They placed the chair inside my home, took a picture for confirmation, and wished me a great day. The chair itself is perfect for my workspace, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
