My couch has been delivered but unfortunately I'm not pleased with my choice. I just totally picked the wrong one as far as comfort goes. They would not let me return it so word to the wise carefully read their return policy before you buy.

But when I walked in I faced a sea of couches and thought I would be there for hours. Katherine the sales associated swooped in and saved my day by asking what I was looking for (not unusual) and then actually listening carefully and taking me to a few pieces that were exactly what I had described (amazing!!). It was such a relief to get in and out quickly, and I am actaully excited and happy about a furniture purchase rather than second guessing my decision.
