  We had an EXCELLENT buying experience at La-Z-Boy (Falls of the Neuse-Raleigh, NC Store)! We cannot thank Isabel enough for her friendly and professional help from the time we walked into the store and throughout our process of purchasing a sectional sofa. She connected us to the in-store interior decorator and continued to be by our side to choose a rug and pillows! At every step of the way, Isabel answered our questions promptly, was fair and open, and went extra steps to make sure we were pleased 100% PLUS! We are VERY much enjoying our purchases and attribute this to the great customer service Isabelle displayed! We would not hesitate to recommend this store to others! THANK YOU ISABELLE and La-Z-Boy!   We were shopping for a specific item and found exactly what we were looking for. It also met our price range criteria. We were greeted upon arrival at the store, asked what we wanted to see, were explained the many fabric options but most importantly how comfortable it felt to us to sit in.

  Annie was amazing! She greeted us as soon as we walked in and made us feel completely comfortable. She wasn’t pushy at all, but kindly asked what we were looking for and then gave us space to browse. She checked in just the right amount to see if we had questions and was able to answer every one of them with confidence. She went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and at the best price. Even a week later, when we called back about another piece of furniture, she immediately remembered what we had looked at and offered to send us all the specs and options. We’ll definitely be going back to Annie for future purchases and highly recommend her to anyone shopping for furniture.

  Have not gotten our sectional yet since it’s being custom built and takes 8-12 weeks. This review is for the service situation in the store. We had some issues the first time we went in. The sales man was very nice but seemed very unsure of things and in a rush. We felt pressured to book an in home style session weeks out- because we were told what we wanted did not exist and there was a lot of pushing to get rugs and other decor when we said clearly we just wanted the sectional. He also had my name and phone number wrong despite correcting it a number of times. After we went home that evening I went online and looked up some more info on things we saw in the store and found exactly what we wanted and cheaper than was suggested. Went back the next day and asked to talk to a manager who wasn’t available but one of the other sales men who had a ton of experience I think his name was Garrett was there and extremely helpful. He was able to get everything ordered for us exactly how we wanted. Not sure if there needs to be more ongoing training for sales associates or what but if we had not done our own research we would likely have not went back. It’s an expensive purchase to have this experience. Will update when we get the sofa. I am hopeful it will make up for the sales experience!

What sets this store apart is their exceptional staff—everyone is genuinely focused on meeting your needs. Their approach is perfect: they ask just enough questions to point you in the right direction, then give you space to browse comfortably. They’re attentive without being overbearing, checking in at just the right moments. A standout feature is their discount room at the Falls of the Neuse Road location. The staff always suggests checking there first, which has led to some fantastic finds—including my recent loveseat and recliner, plus a perfect sofa set for our beach cottage a couple years ago. After nearly five decades and multiple redecorations, La-Z-Boy Raleigh continues to earn our business with their superb service and customer-first approach. Highly recommend
