Bonus that it gets delivered next week versus the 2 to 3 month wait for custom order. He was fantastic! Would highly recommend and plan on going there when we order Dad's chair

Unfortuntely, if I ever have to deal with, the "boss" again, I will defintely walk out. He was the most self centered, arrogant, individual I have ever given a cent to. He did nothing to deserve one penney from me. I did spend my money there but ONLY because Ian did such a great job. There are a lot of places to buy Lazyboy, this is now my last choice.

The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, super efficient and pleasant to work with. We literally had our recliner in the house by delivery in 24 hours. Don’t pass this store by.

My previous couch lasted 10 years—twice its expected lifespan—and it still functions perfectly, both mechanically and electrically. Even the leather is in great shape. This time, I purchased a new couch and a rocker recliner. I became so attached to the recliner that I ended up ordering a second one for my wife. The customer service team made the process easy and helped me get a great price. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. This is my second set of furniture from La-Z-Boy, and I’m thoroughly satisfied.
