  Customer service was great! They have a lot to choose from and really listen to what you would like. The last chair we got from them finally gave up the ghost after 25 years, so of course we had to get another one, ended up.with 2 this time so excited to have them delivered in a few days. Just love their products, last forever...or at least it feels like it.

  We needed a new chair with lift assist and lumbar support for my husband who was recently released from the hospital with a spine injury. Pam rapidly helped me find the right chair for him while I was also chasing my 2 toddlers around the store. This week has been absolute chaos. But I’m grateful for her help in getting the tools we need to make the best of it! Thanks, Pam!

  Amazing knowledgeable sales and design staff. No pressure sales. I am seldom complimentary of sales staff this was an extremely pleasant experience. Their products sell themselves quality can’t be beat. I thought they were all recliners for elderly we are retirement age but just built a French country style house and to my surprise they have amazing styles and fabrics that fit my style. I had to keep prying my husband from the chairs and the couch we selected. He is tall big man he loved the seat height cushion comfort and ease of getting up and down from their furniture. We looked at many brands none compare for comfort and style period. Cost is very surprisingly in line with competitors we want basic furniture without all recline and feet up options shocked their prices for superior products during holiday sales especially are just as affordable. Looking for Costco level bargains is tough Costco has such a limited selection. Other than there or one off sales or close outs I couldn’t find better prices at this quality and the sales and free design process takes all stress out of purchase. Looking for best quality and longevity hands down don’t pass up looking at their products in store where you have superior support both by staff and product
