  Michael schoenwether sold us two recliners, we were unaware that each item gets a delivery fee. I asked a question on the delivery fee like why it comes with one. he gave us a smart remark to us saying, "you go to work? you want to get paid right?" that was way out of line, did not feel good! Then he made other smart comments to us after that about truing to figure out what would be a good deal for us and instead of just respectfully helping he would make a smart comment. and the other trigger after the purchase, we said how we spent lots of money at another furiture store and we didnt have to pay for a delivery fee and he says to us, "well you know what I'll deliver your stuff if you buy that much" and then the final thing that really triggered me is when my wife called to canceled because we measured our space and it wasnt working out to have that in our space in the loft, the lady that answers while laughing says, "why you just bought somewhere else huh" it is none of the sales persons business where we go. The moral of the story is, if micheal is going to be a sales manager, then he should learn how to speak and treat customers respectfully and just answer questions of what they asked . I would give zero star to this review if it let me

  I highly recommend shopping at Lazy Boy for your next furniture purchase. They have a huge selection and are able to customize pieces to your liking. Would also highly recommend working with Ann! She is so knowledgeable and her experience with interior design will help bring the furniture to life in your home.

  It was a good experience. The sales person was very nice and knowledgeable. However, when I pulled around to pick up my chair I was shocked to see the sales person who looked to be in her late 60s the one to load my chair.

  The two installers that delivered our chair were so nice and bubbly and willing to install our chair at any location we asked, and we’re ready to move it if we asked. So thank you both for your support. 👏👏👏

  I will never buy another recliner that is Lazy Boy brand. Extremely poor products from their days of producing good furniture. Recently tried to have a power recliner repaired and they sent same repair guy twice without correct tools to remove and replace new parts. Everyone know what your spending hard earned money on!!!
