  I was under a time constraint to buy a chair when I went to La-Z-Boy because I'm having back surgery on Oct. 27. The saleswoman who started to help me was not capable of ringing the sale, so another saleswoman named Carolynn stepped in to make the sale. She assured me that the Lennon chair that I wanted was available as a rocker and that it was the same chair. Then, she recommended putting a high base on the chair. She failed to mention that the rocker tipped higher, so putting a high base raised it significantly. As a result, when the chair arrived yesterday, I could not put my feet on the floor. Carolynn said she would have the base changed out, but La-Z-Boy called and said it would take 7-10 days. Carolynn refused to take the chair back even though she admitted that she was not truthful about the rocker. Avoid La-Z-Boy. I bought a chair for $2,800 that I couldn't sell for $200, all because Carolynn lied to me.

  Recliner is very comfortable. They worked with me thru the problem I had selling my house. We owned two lazyboy chair for over 37 years and they are still working to this day.

  The Sales Associate Manager I dealt with at the Pittsburgh Robinson location was wonderful. She was very attentive, helpful and instrumental in helping me to find the right color to match my living room. The recliner is beautiful. It looks beautiful in my home, and it was delivered a month earlier than I was told. I was very happy with the entire transaction.

  Jessica at the Lazyboy store at the point was wonderful to work with. She gave me so much time and tapped into what I liked right away. She had great ideas and made it a pleasant experience.

  Members of the service team at the Pittsburgh store location at Robinson Twp, pulled a rabbit out of a hat for us when they found a replacement piece for one of our loveseat chairs that got broken in moving. Working with the staff we weren't even sure we could order the piece that we needed as the chair was 10-15 years old. Voila! The manager of the store remembered there was a box in the back room of the store, and it turned out to be exactly what we needed - down to the exact stain color. It was incredible. The right people at the right time and we were on our way - very happy long time La-Z-Boy customers. Thank you, La-Z-Boy! Donna Hudson.
