  Deborah and Jenna were fantastic. We only had one afternoon to furnish my mom’s new Assisted Living room and they made it happen with beautiful suggestions. Jenna created the room in a cad like drawing and we could look at different arrangements on her screen. We went to La-Z-Boy just for a small scale recliner. We didn’t realize we could furnish the entire room in one place, including a high quality mattress! Deborah and Jenna even came out to see and measure mom’s room the next morning, to confirm that our selected pieces would work.

  Lise Descoteaux @ Pineville NC location did an excellent job in understanding what we were looking for and was very knowledgeable in showing & explaining respective rocker recliners. She had a nice personality & was so easy to work with.

  We purchased a lift chair and 11 months later it stopped working. It took 3 weeks for their repairman to arrive and he said entire wiring system needed replacement. After another long wait of several more weeks we started calling and got the runaround. Finally we had to threaten to call their CEO before they sent a replacement and charged $110 delivery fee. All this time my wife was recovering from a broken back. I recommend buying elsewhere
