Helped me when I had questions but did not follow me around or pressure me at all. I had an idea of what I wanted because I had gone to the Lazy Boy website first so it was nice to wander around, “test” everything and then make my choices. I bought a nice recliner and after seeing a sofa I like, I bought the loveseat version of the same style. I look forward to receiving them.
