  Great store. Fantastic representative! Looked at several models. Sat and tried each of the recliners that were right for me. Picked great fabric. Virginia is a top flight sales gal!

  Anthony at the Owings Mills store got my wife and me into a very good deal on a beautiful La-Z-Boy chair that will enhance our enjoyment of the coming World Series and NFL and NBA seasons immensely!   Virginia is an outstanding salesperson. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, not pushy. She provided me with the information I needed and encouraged me to take my time. If I required any assistance, she assured me that I could simply call her name or raise my hand. I truly enjoyed working with her. This was my first La-Z-Boy experience, and she made it very pleasant.

  We went to Lazy-Boy looking for very specific loveseats. (They needed to be the right height and the right width.) Alexa could bring us right to the two possible options so we didn’t need to take an hour trying every couch. Tea came to our house, took photos and measurements and rendered it on their computer so we could see different furniture and color options. Together they determined which of the two possible pieces to determine if there would still be adequate space for my wheelchair to get through. We worked with Tea more to look at fabrics. Again, she narrowed it down for us.It was fun seeing her just plug in any options we wanted to see. Alexa and Tea provided more customer service than we could have asked for! L

  I had a wonderful experience purchasing a chair for my mom recently. My 94-year old mom has a very difficult time getting around, so I visited the showroom and sat in a lot of chairs and selected the one that I thought would be the best fit for my mom. The sales person who I initially dealt with was wonderful and arranged to have the chair delivered to my mom. Unfortunately, the chair did not fit my mom properly and she was very uncomfortable. Thankfully, the sales manager was very understanding and worked with us on replacing the chair. I did bring my mom into the store and she selected the perfect chair that fit her better. I very much appreciated how wonderful the sales people were at the store, because it was a stressful situation for me. I would rate the service we got a 10+++. Outstanding!!! Thank you so much!
