  Long wait for coffee table. Arrived broken, chipped, and we refused delivery. Wife stopped by store for refund and they didn’t know we didn’t get table!!!

  Casey helped us on our first visit and also their decorator. They were friendly, efficient and over all helpful. We have a couch from Lazy boy 13 years old and still going strong. We believe in the quality and that’s why we’re back. Plus we loved the anti microbial fabric and the fabric colors. We were sold.

  We’ve always had great customer service with La-Z-Boy in Overland Park, KS and our latest purchase was no exception. Matt Prewitt helped us with everything from selecting a chair, providing fabric selection assistance and placing our order. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge about everything. He’s very customer focused and a delight to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way. Our delivery was also great and the app shows exactly where the truck is at any given time on that day so we could tell exactly when they would arrive. We appreciate the quality of our purchase and the fact that it’s made in the USA is something we appreciate. We will definitely do business with this location again.

  Noah was an excellent person to work with—knowledgeable in every aspect of the purchase, from the grain of the leather to popular styles, colors, financing, and delivery. Most people know a little about some things, but he seemed to be a true subject-matter expert. Needless to say, we left feeling very confident that we found the perfect sectional, tailored exactly to us.

  Casey (or KC) and Noah were the two associates who helped me on Sunday. I arrived at 5:35 pm to look for bedroom furniture. They closed at 6 pm. Casey (or KC) was very welcoming and showed me some pieces on the floor & online. Noah helped her to navigate finding prices online. I was told that a special sale was ENDING Sunday, 10/12. I didn’t want to miss out on the sale, as I was so excited to find pieces I liked online. They were VERY GRACIOUS to assist me (and my husband via phone) well AFTER 6 pm. I ended up making a large bedroom furniture purchase, thanks to their assistance and patience! Thank you both! I am excited to receive our new bedroom Kincaid furniture in 4-8 weeks!
