  They were very patient and accommodating. Laurie (I think that was her name) tried hard to find a chair that fit my particular needs. She carefully explained each chair’s features.

  The chair is fantastic and just the thing my husband who suffers from a bad back needed. The chair seems well-made. Show room sales person was helpful and personable. Unfortunately no pins arrived with the chair when it was delivered so it couldn’t be put together for an additional week. Very disappointing and customer relations regarding the problem was not super professional. (It felt like the service you would get from Costco and not a high quality store.). I am giving 4 stars because it ended well and we are happy with the chair.

  We had a great experience at La-Z-Boy! Debbie and Erica were so helpful and made selecting furniture pieces and colors a breeze. Highly recommend!

  My experience was so amazing! I wanted everything to look balanced, warm, and beautiful. The designer Erica and Debbie came to my house with fabric samples and took measurements of the whole space. They gave me several choices and options, gave amazing insight and recommendations, and learned what my style and needs were. From that, they created a virtual/visual plan on the computer so I could see how everything looked in our specific space before I approved and decided what to buy. I am a visual person, so this was so amazing! Everyone at the store was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this to everyone! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Erica and Debbie! I absolutely love the elevated space you helped me create in my home! I couldn’t have done it without you!

  The customer service provided by Zach and the other employees was outstanding! I needed a lift chair for me injured husband. I am so happy to have found a chair that was available and on sale. It’s beautiful, very comfortable. Love how you can adjust the footrest and headrest separately and it has the lumbar expansion support. Very nice chair and very good service! I highly recommend shopping at the Lazy Boy store in Orem, Utah
