There were some unexpected issues with the chair that was delivered, but weren't noticed until that night. I immediately called the store the next morning and they worked with me to quickly resolve my concerns. Many thanks to Brianna and all the staff who went above and beyond to help me. I love my chair!
- PHPatty Hagan4 days ago3.0I am so sorry I went to Lazy Boy. I really don’t like the recliner that I bought for almost 3,000.00 dollars for. I called them and they told me that I would have to get use to it and nothing they were going to do about it. Now I have had it for less than 2 months and it’s already broken. The repair people are coming out to fix it. I got my first recliner there 11 years ago and loved it.This is one is horrible

Naomi at the O’Fallon store has been terrific helping us choose the sectional and fabrics. I met with her twice at the store and she graciously came to our house to help finalize selections. She provided great insight and advice. We are excited for our new sectional to arrive before Christmas. Thank you Naomi!

She didn't mind calculating all of our different pricing options. Alexia was very knowledgeable and professional. She answered all of our questions and made us extremely comfortable about our purchase. We will definitely purchase furniture in the future from La- Z- Boy!
