  I worked with Jasmine on a whim when I was getting ready to purchase furniture at the competition next door. I wanted to weigh my options before deciding. She was fast, friendly and helpful. She text me and kept in contact with me for 2 weeks before I was able to come back in. The weekend we came in, she was in her lunch, then off and the guys we worked with did an equally amazing job. Overall, we really appreciated the entire staff’s helpful demeanor throughout the process! We are looking forward to our new furniture in the coming weeks!

  Had a great experience with Undray at the Fairview Heights store. I was looking for new recliners. He showed us options, answered questions then gave us time alone to try them out and make decisions. When we narrowed down our choices he came back and helped us make some custom changes to meet our likes. He was helpful, very polite and a joy to work with.

  La-z-boy local O'Fallon IL store was great in getting me a recliner lift chair for my mother. I worked with Unday and Kayla. They both gave me time to look and try chairs but ready to help when I wanted information or complete the purchase. There were no high pressure sales tactics. This is exactly why I chose to come back to La-z-boy. Having a good experience purchasing previously and the good quality of the furniture made this my first choice for purchase.
