Delivery was not available when I needed it but Tony found an exact replica at the Strongsville store I was able to pick it up that day. And it was on clearance! Huge bonus. Thank you Kyle and Tony At the North Olmsted store and Rachel (I think) at the Strongsville store. You all worked together and I received the best outcome!!!

Summer was great, and put together a perfect color palette. She also helped us with all the furniture placement, sizing, colors, etc. So fun working with someone that is experienced walking us thru the furniture buying process. Highly recommend La-Z-Boy products.

She gave me documentation of the final 2 choices in chairs and 3 choices in fabric, so when I came back with my husband it made the final decision much easier. When we came back Miranda was not in so we worked with Kyle. Kyle was very helpful and informative. He took his time answering all our questions, plus to help decide on fabric he found pieces in the store with that fabric so we could see it in completion. He was thorough in explaining all the steps in completing our purchase and delivery. Both of these sales reps help make this a very pleasant experience.
