Her knowledge of the chairs was spot on. Michelle worked with us to choose the right chair. After the chair was chosen, we ask if we could get a higher percentage discount. She came back with 10% higher discount. When we went to pickup the chair, Michelle and the manager were there to assist us. Customer Service is what they specialize in. The furniture sells itself.
