  Over all are not happy. Scale it 1-10 we would give you a 6 First of all. We were told the chair would be delivered in 5 weeks even though it was a special order. I needed that chair in less time because of a surgery Second of all. We got a rocker recliner and neither of us remember ordering such a thing and can not find it on the receipt. 3rd all we have called numerous times to discuss these issues and no one has returned a call. No one. Not even our sales person which only is telling us that we will be purchasing our next chair at a store near our house

  Our sale rep. (David) was very informative and not overbearing, as we have experienced at other furniture retail stores. We have owned a Lazy-Boy recliner for approximately 27 years. This chair has been used on a daily basis and at lasted two couches. We are hopefully to get the same enjoyment out of the new recliner. We will continue to shop this location and recommend for the quality and service!

  I am very excited about my furniture that I purchased from La-Z-Boy. Your representative Ashliegh was so very patient and took time to show me my options. We spent several hours finding the perfect fit for my den. Your designer also helped me choose colors. I recommend La-Z-Boy.

  We had a wonderful experience at Lazy boy! Our salesman, Scott, was very attentive to what we needed and the designer, Danielle, was so helpful in helping us choose the right pieces that would fit and work for our living room. They both came to our home to make us more comfortable. 😊 We LOVE our new furniture!

  Great experience working with David and Dani. They were both so helpful in helping us find the right combination for our living room. Although we have not received the furniture yet, I’m so looking forward to having a completely modern look. They will helpful in finding coordinating color combinations, and a great rug to go with it, along with side tables. Dani also helped us see that we could combine different legs and still make the look work. There were many suggestions without pushing us into anything. I highly recommend both either separately or as a team..
