  Katie is probably the best salesperson I’ve ever purchased a big item from. She took the time to figure out exactly what I was looking for (a big and tall recliner) and could not be more happier about my chair. La-z-boy: Ms Katie deserves a raise! Thanks - Tony. P.S. now my wife wants a recliner!

  I purchased living room furniture from La-Z-Boy Newport News several years ago. The sales people were friendly and knowledgeable. The designer was amazing! As far as the furniture, I have been pleased with the quality and fabrics thus far. I would recommend spending the extra money for an extended warranty because life happens. I did purchase the extra cushioning in the seat cushions and very glad that I did. Very comfy. Love their 30% OFF advertised sales!

  The salesperson was extremely helpful. She assisted my wife and I in finding the right wall recliner we needed for upgrading our home office to a more attractive space. We plan to return when we start renovating the family room furniture. We highly recommend La-Z-Boy on Jefferson Avenue in Newport News.
